Tuition & Fees
Our tuition covers all administrative and registration costs, books/materials which we supply, training and truck time.
Class A CDL – 160 hours of Training
Full commercial endorsements including:
- double/triple trailer endorsement (T)
- hazardous materials endorsement (H) (available on-line)
- tank vehicle endorsement (N)
You will be certified to operate a single or combination vehicle of any size.

Total Training Fee – $5,625.00
Class B CDL – 48 hours of Training
Full commercial endorsements including:
- double/triple trailer endorsement (T)
- hazardous materials endorsement (H) (available on-line)
- tank vehicle endorsement (N)
You will be certified to operate single vehicles of any size, or vehicles towing a trailer with a weight of 10,000 pounds or less.

Total Training Fee – $3,995.00
Payment Arrangements
If you aren’t able to pay your tuition in full, we do offer weekly payment arrangements. Your tuition payments must be paid each week, with the full amount due by the third week of class.
We accept Cash, check, or credit cards, as well as government funding from sources such as WorkSource, L&I, VA, and many others.

Additional Expenses
The most common additional expenses that are not included in the course tuition are listed below:
- DOT Physical $135.00
- Drug Screen $70.00
- DOL Written Test $35.00
- CDL Learners Permit $40.00
- Driving Record $13.00
- CDL License Transfer $85.00
- CDL Skill Test $255.25
Total additional expenses: $630.00
Note: These expenses generally do not have to be paid all at the same time, which makes it easier for those who need to budget. If you have questions related to these expenses, please contact us for clarification.
Financial Aid Opportunities
There are several options for financial aid to obtain your CDL. Many of our students are happy to find out that they qualify for one or more programs that reduce or eliminate the cost of tuition entirely. The most common sources for financial aid for CDL training are listed below:
Trucking Companies
Many of the top trucking companies provide not only sign-on bonuses to new hires, but tuition reimbursement as well. Once hired, you will receive the full cost of your tuition as a payment from the company.
The various trucking companies handle the payments differently, and the companies which offer these programs may vary from year to year. Our Admissions Director will provide you with the latest information on which trucking companies are offering tuition reimbursements and the steps you need to take in order to qualify.
Government Programs
There are multiple state and federal government programs designed to provide assistance for individuals looking to move into a new career. These are just a few of the sources that may be able to help:
- WorkSource – provides training reimbursement and assistance
- Trade Adjustment Assistance (TAA) – helps workers displaced because of foreign competition – via trade or outsourcing; provides financial assistance for job training and certifications
- Workforce Investment Act (WIA) – designed to improve the quality of the workforce, and may provide training assistance
- VA – provides financial aid and training reimbursement for veterans transitioning into civilian life
